You talk through your work with our interviewer, confirm what we captured, and then perform real tasks in real software while we record how an expert does it.

None. We are paying for what you already know: the systems you run, the edge cases you catch, the judgment calls an outsider would miss. If you can do the job, you are qualified to teach it.

Apply with your resume in about five minutes. Then two voice interviews with our AI interviewer: a short qualifier, then a deeper session about how you actually work. We draft a map of your tasks, you correct it, and once you are verified and your tasks are adopted, paid sessions open up.

Every bounty publishes its full payout ladder before you apply, every stage, every dollar. Typical session rates run $30 to $250 per hour depending on the role. The interviews and application are unpaid; paid work starts once your tasks are adopted.

Through Stripe, shortly after each session is reviewed and approved. No invoicing, no chasing.

The application and interviews take about an hour total. After that, sessions are scheduled around you. There are no minimum hours, and most experts work alongside their full-time job.

The software you already know. Bounties name their systems up front, think ADP, QuickBooks, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Xactimate, Dentrix. You work in real applications, never mock apps or simulations.

It never enters the platform. All working data is fictional, you are contractually and technically prevented from bringing real records into a session, and recordings have a retention limit set at capture time.

Recent, hands-on experience matters more than titles or tenure. If you are running these systems today, or were until recently, you are exactly who we are looking for. The interview lets you demonstrate it through the work itself, not only through your resume.
