These Terms of Service govern your use of the TaskGym website, operated by Redsnack Technologies Inc (“TaskGym,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

About TaskGym

TaskGym connects experienced professionals with opportunities to contribute to AI research and development. Website listings describe potential opportunities. Applying does not guarantee qualification, project adoption, session availability, or paid work.

Participation in interviews, recorded sessions, or paid projects may require you to accept additional agreements and consents. Those project-specific terms control if they conflict with these website terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. Information you provide must be accurate and belong to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Qualification and compensation

Application, interview, task-map confirmation, and verification stages are unpaid unless a bounty expressly states otherwise. Paid work begins only after your tasks are adopted and you are invited to complete a paid session.

Each bounty shows the applicable rates and stages before you apply. Payment is subject to the project requirements, review, and approval described for that bounty. Unless separate terms state otherwise, approved payments are processed through Stripe. TaskGym does not guarantee a minimum number of projects, sessions, or hours.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide honest information about your identity and experience;
  • follow project instructions, confidentiality requirements, and applicable laws;
  • submit work that is your own;
  • use only fictional, provided, public, or otherwise authorized data; and
  • never upload confidential employer, customer, patient, financial, or production information.

You may not misuse TaskGym, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, impersonate another person, submit harmful code, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Recordings and submitted work

Interviews and work sessions may be recorded. Before recording begins, TaskGym provides the relevant disclosures and requests any required consent. The rights and permitted uses for project submissions are governed by the agreements and consents presented for that project.

Website content

TaskGym owns the website, branding, and site content except where otherwise stated. You may use the website only for personal, lawful purposes related to evaluating or participating in TaskGym opportunities.

We work to keep listings accurate, but opportunities, availability, rates, and requirements may change before you accept a project-specific agreement. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect TaskGym, project sponsors, other experts, or the integrity of submitted work, or when these terms or applicable project agreements are violated. You may stop using TaskGym at any time.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TaskGym disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms or a project-specific agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
